Each of these dishes can be easily warmed in the Shabbos Warmer for serving when you are ready to eat, rather than right after cooking.  You should experiment with how much you cover the food in your Warmer.  Saucy dishes should be completely covered, while crisp foods like latkes should be left uncovered.  Roast chicken or turkey should be partly covered with aluminum foil to retain the moistness of the meat.  (The first time we covered a roast chicken tightly with aluminum foil it turned into a soupy mess as all of the steam was trapped inside the parcel – not to be recommended!).
