Warranty
All products carry a 1-year warrantee. Warranty will be void if units are tampered with in any way.

Shipping Information
All Vikron Hot@Hand Buffet Carts can be shipped directly to your home or office by common carrier. Prices do not include shipping. See individual units on this website for shipping costs.

Back Orders
Any orders that cannot be fulfilled immediately will be placed on backorder and completed as soon as stock becomes available. We will contact you if there are any delays.

Returns
Any and all claims for damage, deficiencies or any other objections to terms or prices on orders, invoices or website must be made to Vikron, Inc. in writing within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Returns and/or exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of original ship date, in the original packaging with no exceptions. All returns must be made by common carrier unless otherwise instructed in writing. All returns must be insured for the full value of the original invoice. Return authorization required.
